Privacy Policy: We at Artcanvas Tabletops Inc. understand and share your concerns about privacy.  We will do everything in our power to ensure that all personal information collected remains confidential, unless required by law.  Furthermore, we will not solicit any of your personal information in whole or in part to any third party.  The information we collect for internal use includes, but is not limited to, information on items browsed, pages visited, IP addresses, and cookie information which is analyzed to ensure our site continues to serve our customers better.  Furthermore, when an order is placed, we collect information such as name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card or debit card information.  In the process of filling a customer's order, some of this information is shared with third party companies that Artcanvas Tabletops Inc. works with to provide the services needed to complete and ship the purchased order requested by the customer.

Security Policy: Artcanvas Tabletops Inc. takes every precaution to ensure that your on line shopping experience on our website is as safe and secure as possible.  For this reason, we have chosen PayPal as our on line payment processor, they are an industry- leader in the use of data encryption to help keep transactions and financial information secure.  For more detailed information regarding their security features, please visit paypal.com security center. 

Refund Policy
Artcanvas Tabletops Inc. will accept replacement only if the item is defective or the item is damaged upon delivery. Please note, some art and furniture may have a natural imperfection, which is not considered a defect, therefore no refund or replacement will be honored. Also, we will not refund or replace any product that has been determined to be damaged through misuse (for further details, refer to the Terms & Conditions). Delivery charges are non-refundable. Our goal is that you, the customers, are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because each product is made to order to the preferences of each customer, cancellations and returns will not be permitted once an order has been processed. An order is considered processed once the full payment is confirmed. For this reason, it is very important that you review your order carefully and are certain that the product you are purchasing is what you want prior to placing your order.
Furthermore, we inspect each product carefully before being packaged for any flaws and or damages.  Our product is packaged in sturdy double walled boxes and packed in cushioning materials to give additional protection to withstand the journey to your destination. In the unlikely event you receive your order and it is damaged, please take the following steps:

2) Or email us at artcanvastabletops@gmail.com
3) Provide description of damages, we may request pictures for verification and insurance purposes 
4) Provide invoice number, order number, shipping tracking number

Prices: All prices are listed on this internet site in Canadian Dollars. We will charge the sales tax applicable by federal and provincial law. Pricing for delivery charges will be added into the final purchase order based upon estimated UPS shipping rates and total dimensional weight per item on and at the date and time of purchase order.  For USA based customers, the prices will be adjusted to reflect that days exchange rate by your financial institution. Your financial institution may also charge you an exchange fee for this service which Artcanvas Tabletops Inc. will not be responsible for. Furthermore, any duties or brokerage fees will be the responsibility of you the customer at the time of delivery and UPS will require payment in cash (C.O.D) in the currency of the country that the order is delivered to.

Payment Processing: Artcanvas Tabletops Inc. accepts on line payment via our payment processing gateway.  We will also accept certified cheques and money orders only by mail, made payable to Artcanvas Tabletops Inc.  Please be aware, confirmation of payment time will vary depending on your method of payment, which may take up to seven(7) business days for any on line payment method and could take longer for payments sent by mail. This may affect the estimated time of delivery.  By using any of these methods of payment you agree, under penalty of law, that you are the lawful owner of such payment method.  Artcanvas Tabletops Inc. will not be held liable for any unlawful use of any of these payment methods, or any expenses incurred by the unlawful use.

Warranty & Delivery

Limited Product Warranty: Artcanvas Tabletops Inc. will offer a one year warranty for material and workmanship of these table products under normal use from the date of purchase. If a manufacturer's defect is determined within the year, the purchaser’s will be limited to repair or replacement of all or any part of the product which is defective at the manufacturer’s sole discretion upon proof of purchase receipt. The warranty applies only in it’s original installation, purchased by the first consumer, used for indoor purposes only and not misused. This warranty is not transferable, and expires upon resale or transfer by the first purchaser. This warranty shall not apply to natural imperfections, defects or damage arising from any of the following: accidents, abuse, misuse, exposure to extreme temperatures, improper assembly (review product assembly instructions), improper maintenance ( review our care of product tips) and natural wear and tear. Under no circumstances shall Artcanvas Tabletops Inc. be liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase, use or inability to use this product, or for any special , indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. No representative or employee of Artcanvas Tabletops Inc. has the authority to modify the obligations and or limitations of this warranty.

Delivery: Artcanvas Tabletops Inc. ships all products by UPS shipping and applies the applicable shipping charges based on the postal code or zip code and territory you provide as the shipping address within Canada and USA.  Shipping rates are based on the day and time of your order and are applied to your final purchase price.  Please note, we are not responsible for any extra charges such as duties and brokerage fees applied to USA customers.  UPS will require payment of these fees in cash (C.O.D) in the currency of the country that the order is delivered to.  Your pre-designed made to order product will be delivered to the shipping mailing address provided by you within 2- 5 weeks within Canada and the US mainland (excluding holidays) from the date of confirmation of full payment.  This delivery time frame does not apply to Custom orders, Corporate orders, back-orders, remote locations, overseas and any unforeseen delays. Each item purchased is packaged separately and shipping charges are estimated based on each item's total dimensional shipping weight.  Once shipped, Artcanvas Tabletops will provide you, the customer, with a shipping tracking number so you may know when to expect your product.  Upon delivery, UPS will require a signature from an adult.  You acknowledge and agree that Artcanvas Tabletops Inc. will not be held responsible for any delay in shipping or delivery beyond our control.  Where delivery is delayed we will notify you as soon as possible.

Colors: Please be aware that Artcanvas Tabletops Inc.displays the colors of the products shown on this internet site as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the color you see identically matches the product color you will purchase. The displayed colors on the internet site depends upon the type of computer monitor and resolution setting used by you. Acceptable results are viewed when your computer monitor resolution is adjusted to the manufacturers default. Best results are viewed when your computer monitor is calibrated for an accurate appearance of colored digital images. Please do not attempt to adjust your resolutions unless you have the knowledge to do so. The actual images when "Gicleed" on canvas may appear deeper and more vibrant in color due to the process of "Giclee".
